The Eye Ring is a piece shaped by memory, symbolism, and affection.
Crafted in 18k gold, its form sits between medium and substantial, with a softly domed surface that gives it presence without excess. At the center, one small diamond is set to create a luminous focal point, like a concentrated point of light that draws the eye inward.
Across the band, engraved markings unfold in subtle variations, forming abstract, almost gestural lines that suggest the idea of an eye. Rather than repeating a single pattern, the design evolves around the ring, creating movement and rhythm. In the center, this idea becomes most explicit: the central stone acts as the iris, anchoring the composition and giving it its symbolic focus.
The piece carries a deeply personal origin. It was inspired by a ring my mother wore when I was younger, something that stayed with me over time not as an exact reference, but as an emotional imprint. This ring is a way of translating that memory into form, holding onto a sense of presence, care, and continuity.
